TERM AND CONDITIONS
Please read the below. On acceptance of a job you agree to the below services.

Booking and Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the total package price may be required to secure the booking.
- Full payment is due before the unwatermarked versions are provided.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or PayPal (additional fees may apply for PayPal transactions).

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Rescheduling can be accommodated based on availability but must be communicated at least 14 days in advance.

Shoot Logistics:
- The client is responsible for providing access to the shoot location and ensuring that all necessary permissions for photography are obtained.
- Any delays or changes to the shooting schedule must be communicated promptly to avoid additional charges.

Image Delivery and Usage:
- The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
- The photographer retains the rights to use images in the work portfolio and/or commercial/promotional material.
- Edited images will be delivered digitally within 4 weeks of the shoot date unless otherwise agreed upon.
- The client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the images for their intended purpose (commercial or personal), excluding resale or distribution to third parties without prior consent.
- Use of images outside of the agreement will result in additional charges.

Additional Charges:
-A full day is considered to be a maximum of 10 hours and a half day at a maximum of 5 hours and anything above that will be charged at $200 per hour.
- Additional editing is charged at an additional rate to be discussed based on requirements.
- Travel expenses incurred for shoots located outside of Queenstown Central will be added to the total cost and communicated prior to booking.
- Rush editing requests will incur an additional fee of 20% of the total package price.

Liability:
- The photographer will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the shoot.
- The client is responsible for the safety and conduct of all individuals present at the shoot location.

Force Majeure:
- The photographer will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Agreement Acceptance:
- Booking a shoot with the photographer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

A non-exclusive license permission to use the photographs for specific purposes outlined in the agreement. This means that while the client has the right to use the photos for their intended purposes, such as personal use, social media sharing, or displaying on personal websites, the photographer (ally grace creative) retains ownership of the images and can grant the same rights to others.

For business clients
- Company website and online marketing materials.
- Social media marketing campaigns.
- Email newsletters and promotional materials.
- Internal presentations and reports.
- Company blogs and articles.

For portrait clients
- Personal use (e.g., printing for personal albums or frames).
- Social media sharing (e.g., posting on personal accounts).
- Display on personal websites or blogs.
- Educational purposes (e.g., in presentations or reports).
-Non-commercial promotional materials (e.g., personal newsletters or flyers).
- Non-profit organization publications (with proper attribution).
- Personal artwork or creative projects (with proper attribution).
- Personal greeting cards or invitations (e.g., for weddings or events).
- Personal digital wallpapers or screensavers.
- Personal portfolios or resumes (e.g., for showcasing personal achievements or experiences).

Acceptance of the booking by the client confirms their agreement to the terms outlined above. By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
