saint bathans is a historic gold mining town in central otago, new zealand, known for its picturesque blue lake and charming old buildings.

the project was sparked by a sudden need of adventure. i packed my bag, grabbed my camera, loaded my dog into the car and headed off towards saint bathans. we were lucky to have a completely clear day meaning the water was crystal clear and still. i am always in awe of this beautiful spot.
